Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

What happens when you try to delete the initails on the iPad app? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity.

 

Also, check for any pending/missing updates from the App Store and try updating the app and reboot the device once and see if that works.

Hi, thanks for your response. I am unable to delete the existing initials. When I press and hold the pen icon I get the option to place signature or place initials.

(The app is up to date.)

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience and the delayed response.

 

Do you still see the issue? If yes, you can log in to https://adobe.ly/46Fuf8u, go to Fill & Sign mode, and remove the initials.

Once done, you can add your new initials there.

 

If you do not want to add your initials through the Acrobat web, you can sign out of the application on your iPad, sign in again, allow the application some time to sync your settings, and then add your initials there.
