Can't Request Signatures

Question

I have tried using the Adobe Acrobat app, and the web version, but I cannot request signatures.  When I need something signed it either "Cannot Process Request" (desktop) or sits at 72% "Updating" on the app.  Please help!

We were experiencing server issues when you initially posted on the community. Would you mind letting us know if the issue is fixed now?

If not, please share a screen recording of the entire event for a better understanding and assistance.
