Can't rotate form fields

Hi,

I'm trying to create a pdf form for a customer, but cant rotate three fields that need to be vertival. I know where to find the setting to rotate the fields in the options but its greyed out. Can anyone give me a hint why the option might be greyed out? I really don't know what else to try...

    I just figured the problem out by accident. If you tick the box that the form requiers a signature, when you start the auto recognition, all form fields cannot be rotated anymore. I don't know if that is intentionally programmed in or a bug.


    You have created an Adobe Sign form.

    You can't rotate form fields in Adobe Sign forms.

    Can you rotate any other fields? Are the fields locked? What type of field is it?

    I can't rotate any fields, but the one I need to is a simple text field. I tried a random pdf file I found on my computer and it works in that file, jsut not in the files I generate myself in inDesign. Is there an option or specific version I have to export it as? Thanks for your help!

    What you're describing is not normal, so it would be helpful to see a sample if you're able to post one somewhere.
