Can't save a PDF to my Adobe Cloud Storage

I'm trying to save a PDF to my Adobe Cloud Storage.

It starts the process and commences the saving process. 

Once it gets to 5% it stays on this level for about 5 minutes or so. 

Then I get the following message:

An error occurred while trying to access the service

Im still having this issue. When saving it just creates another copy of the original and doesnt save notations.

Sorry for the delayed response and the troubled experience.

This issue may occur due to a few main reasons: 

1. Adobe Services is intermittent or is down.

2. If you have an Enterprise account, Cloud storage is disabled. 

3. You have a managed network, which may be blocking traffic to Adobe Cloud. 

 

If you are still experiencing the issue, we would require a Wireshark log and a video recording of your workflow.

Im having this issue as well. Just says coping to adobe cloud, but doesnt save. Need help asap.
