Can't save acrobat file

When I go to save a combined file in acrobat I get this blank screen. It happens when I go to save, save as. I can circumnavigate this by saving as a reduced file size.

 

I have just uninstalled and reinstalled acrobat after adobe window kept coming up with can't verify subscription
