Can't save or sign documents

Question

Any time I try to save or sign a document I just get this blank screen.  I have waited for the information in the box to show for 40 min but nothing happends

We apologize for the delay in response. If you continue to experience the same issue. Then it would be best if you tried the suggestion given below-

The screenshot looks like you get a blank Save As dialog upon saving the file. Hence,

Open the Preferences dialog box in Acrobat:

On macOS: Choose Adobe Acrobat > Preferences > General.

Clear the check box for the following options:

Show online storage when opening files
Show online storage when saving files
Click OK.
