Can't save Word doc as PDF

1. Sign out and then sign back in using the Adobe ID (email) associated with your license or subscription in the Acrobat app.
2. Relaunch the app and attempt to save the Word document as a PDF. Ensure you select the option to save the file as an Adobe PDF.
