{2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}

og APPID

{15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}

Hi JensBrogaard,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when trying to send pdf as an attachment using outlook 365, is that correct?

Could you let us know if there is any error message when trying to send pdf?

Also, let us know dot version of acrobat installed on the device? You may refer to the steps given in the following help document for the same:  Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Also try the troubleshooting steps given in the following links:

Attach to email option is not working | Acrobat DC, Acrobat Reader DC

Why can't I send pdf as attachment to email in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC from the program using Outlook?

Email from Adobe Acrobat DC not working

Thanks,

Shivam

Hi

Sorry the delay.

I have try to reinstall Offices 365 and Acrobat – but there are still not open to send from Acrobat to Outlook 365.

I attach file with system info from my Acrobat.

There is not coming any message when I try to send to Outlook.

In the backend in log comes this error:

{2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}

og APPID

{15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}

I hope you can tell me to do – because I use this method very must.

Venlig hilsen / Best Regards
