Can't send PDF by email PDF

Hello, rewording previous question. I am using Acrobat 2015 Pro DC

When attempting to send a email using the email icon 'send file by email', I am getting an error message "Athentication failed. Please enter correct Username and Password"

1. Username and Password is that of my ISP (comcast.net), correct?

2. What are the correct setting for using Acrobat 2015 Pro DC? Attached are my settings in Preferences>Email Accounts in  Acrobat.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You are not using the correct protocol, it seems:

I can't tell you what is needed, but Comcast support can for sure.

 

I will delete your DOCX attachment, as it contains private information (your e-mail). You should redact this information!
