Can't send PDF for shared commenting. Do not want to use Adobe Cloud

I just recently reinstalled Adobe and I can no longer send for shared commenting unless I use the Adobe cloud.  In the previous version I was not using the Adobe cloud.  I have unchecked options in the Preferences > Reviewing and it still does not work. 

 

Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

While disabling the "Share for review using Adobe's Cloud storage" option under the Review setting, did you click OK to apply the changes?

  • You need to close and reopen the application to apply the changes.
  • Once done, open the file again and click on Send for Comments. You should get the below options:

 

In addition to that, please check 

Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)
