Can't sign received docusigned document

I received (via email) a PDF that had been docusigned by a customer. I need to also sign the document, but the Sign option is grayed out.

The signature in the document is detected as valid.

In document properties, security is set to "No Security" and it says Signing is "allowed". How can I Fill & Sign?

I tried with another document that had not been docusigned and it worked.

Thanks,

Tim

Hi Tim,

Sorry for the delay in response.

It depends on how the author has placed the signature fields on file. If he has set to lock the document after first signer signs the document. The document will get locks.

If there is no issue from that front kindly share the document with us. Would like to have a look. You may share using Adobe Send: How to share a document

If you have already found a resolution/workaround to this query, please reply to third with your findings that will help.
