Can't type in "Signature" form field

I'm filling a tourist visa application.

I can't type where it says "Signature". It will let me type everywhere except there.

Using Windows 10. My Acrobat version is 2019.012.20035

It should be opened with Acrobat cause it's protected. This is their june 2019 version.

Any ideas? Thanks.

There's no field there. I assume they want you to print it out and sign it by hand...

I'm applying online. There's a file input for this form. But I'm thinking about applying in paper..

You need to ask them what to do, then. They could have added a text field, or a signature field, but didn't.

You can sign using this Pencil tool, I guess...
