Can't uninstall adobe acrobat

I unsubscribed from Adobe but the apps are still on my Mac. I thought I deleted them but I accidentally opened an important document on adobe acrobat. The window is blank. I can't close or minimize it. Every time I try to uninstall adobe acrobat or adobe creative cloud, this message pops up: "Acrobat is running within Acrobat. Please quit Acrobat and click OK to continue." When I do this nothing happens. What do I do? I just want this window to go away and not drain my battery.

Hi Jay29524904odfv,

Thank you for reaching out.

If you have removed the application, ensure that you empty the trash can on your Mac.

Run the cleaner tool on your machine (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html).

Hope the information helps.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
