Question

Can't use Adobe Acrobat when I have opened a document

For the past three days, I have been experiencing the following issue with Adobe Acrobat: Whenever I open a PDF file (regardless of which one), the “loading wheel” starts spinning, and I am unable to work in the program or close it. I have to “force quit” it using Command+Option+ESC. Both the program and my computer have been restarted multiple times, but this has not resolved the issue. There a no updates available. What can I do to use the program again?

Try this link (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/adobe-acrobat-going-into-not-responding-state-on-several-computers-after-latest-updates-from-august/td-p/14808755/page/4). This issue has been going on for a while(since August) and affecting many companies at large, however Adobe won't admit anything is wrong, so you have to go through these forums, good luck.
