Can We Upload PDF Document in Document Builder?

Hi,

We are using the Acrobat Sign trial version to explore its functionalities. I find I'm only able to upload Word docuemnt when using Document Builder to create Agreement template.

Anyone knows if we can upload PDF document to generate the template?
