i created a pdf for our staff to fill in when requesting to order new supplies.

we would like two supervisers to approve and sign each order.

after the first supervisor signs you cannot edit the doc.

the next supervisor can put in their signature but not with a date.

can we have mulitple signatures using fill and sign or is there a better way to do this.

the staff are using adobe reader dc to fill and sign the docs.

thank you

Hi OsherE

If we get your query correctly, you have got one form and getting that for circulated in your staff for filling and signing?

Adobe Reader Fill & Sin feature helps you with simply filling out the form and adding signature on it. Signing is the final steps, which secures the document.

You can achieve this partially. To apply the desired form fields on it, for the second supervisor, you might need to take help of Adobe Sign feature (which isn't available with Adobe Reader) which comes with Acrobat DC or Adobe Sign subscription.

Here are the details how it works: Send an agreement to multiple signers with Adobe Sign

Thanks,
