Can you create a multi page document and auto fill basic information that is duplicated within the file

Hello, I want to create 1 document that has multiple new hire forms.  Id like the employee to only have to enter their personal information once and it will auto fill throughout the document where needed.  Is this an option?

Yes. Create a field and then copy and paste it throughout the document to create copies of it. Editing one of the fields will automatically change the value in all of them.
