Can you create a rectangle in acrobat pro

Hi all

So I wondered if you could draw a rectangle in your form and fill it with a colour and then put some text on top of the construct....

Anyone know?

ok that works BUT I need to insert on the top of that rectangle some text ... and I cannot!!!

Is that possible?
