Can you cut and paste sections of a document to a new page in the same PDF?

I want to add a portion to the middle of my PDF. To do this, I must cut and paste the bottom portion of my PDF (see below "Payments to You") to a new page, but when I try to do this, I can't because in "edit PDF" it has everything in separate text boxes and only lets me do small portions at a time.

I believe you can select multiple such "boxes" at a time, but PDF files were really never meant to be edited in such a way, so problems are to be expected.
