Can you get an index of the multiple file Bates Stamp?

I am about to Bates Stamp each page in 250 different PDFs in numercial order. Is there a way to get an index at the end that has the file list and then the bates stamp numbering for each file? (Excel?)

Example:

John Doe     1245-1274

Jon Hill         1275-1298

Jon Smith     1299-1325....
