can you manually download updates

I keep getting a weird error when I try to update Acrobat DC.

I am connected to the internet ( obviously because I am writing this post) and have no problem downloading anything else. Is there a place on Adobe's site where I can just manually download the update and install it my self?

I am using Adobe Acrobat DC on a Mac.
