Can you put interactive "spoiler" fields in a PDF document?

Does a feature exist to put interactive “spoiler” fields into a PDF document? By that I mean that while preparing a PDF document you put a black box over some text, save the file, and that then later any reader of the PDF can click on the black box to instantly reveal again the text underneath?

You can make a button that hides itself with a hide/show action. You would need a reset button somewhere on the form to show all the buttons again unless you want an document-based script to run when you open the document.
