Cancel a subscrition

Hi, the monthly subscription is signed in my name. I have had some money deducted but if I access the "Your plans" area with my account I don't see any subscribed subscriptions. furthermore the automatic chat tells me that there are no subscriptions in my name. Who can I contact?
