Cancel subs for adobe acrobat pro dc

Hi , I'm trying to cancel my subscription for adobe acrobat pro dc but the option doesn't appear. If i open my acrobat its telling me to update my payment and there's billing error but i've check in my invoices that the billing went through , i've tried to change my credit card number still didn't worked out. Tried the link to cancel the subs but its telling me to update my payment ,tried to contact the customer support no one replied to me. Please just cancel my subs !
