Hi,

I'm trying to cancel my trial subscription for Acrobat DC & I follow the link to cancel but it takes me to the login page & won't let me login. I've tried changing my password etc, but never lets me in!!

same problem...I want to cancel my free trial period before close of business today. I cannot believe I've wasted 2 hours on this miserable maze of confusion, delay and no results

I am having the same challenge trying to cancel my free trial. 

The service I decided to join the trial did NOT work for my needs, so I am attempting to cancel immediately. I am going in circles as I keep getting error messages, saying that I have to update my password. After 4 attempts to cancel my trial, who can I contact to ensure I am not billed for this?

Hi There,

I understand the situation and its very unfortunate that you are not able to log in to the account to cancel the membership online. We need some more information for a better understanding.

  • Are typing the correct email for the Adobe account?
  • Are you typing the correct password for the Adobe account?

You may try the following steps to log in to the account:

  • If you don't remember the password, please click on the forgot password under the password field, which will send a password reset link on the registered email address. you may please refer to the link-Learn how to reset a forgotten password or change your existing passwords.
  • If you don't remember the email address of the  Adobe account then you need to contact customer support as suggested by "jane-e".

salve sono giorni che provo ad annullare il mio periodo di prova e abbonamento ma richiede sempre password nuove o codici verifica e alla fine mi esce scritto di contattare l'assistenza ,potreste aiutarmi , grazie.
