CANCELAR SUBSCRIPCION EN EL DIA 14 ERROR

Inicie la versión de prueba gratuita el día 24/05, y hoy día 7/06 la he cancelado (dia numero 14). Aun así en teoría estoy dentro de los 14 días pero ya me han pasado el pago mensual. Como hago para recuperar ese dinero.
