Canceling
Let me start off first by saying I've had adobe several years and a few different accounts. My bill is due the 19th of every month for 29.00 and today I had to cancel because I knew money was tight. I use the services a lot so it's not like I wasn't going to every reinstate. But today I was charged 134.00 for a cancellation fee. Why would you do that to customers? I call and I'm told that I get charged an annual fee if I cancel. My anxiety was through the roof because all I'm thinking about is the bill I needed to pay with that money. I have never felt so disgusted and disappointed in a company that I consistently use and have referred to other people. You ever trusted someone and they turn around and stab you in the back? That's what it felt like today. Even though I can dispute my feelings are more hurt than anything because I've used your services for over 5 years. Not under this email bc I had to get a new everything.
