Cancell My Subscription!

I cancelled my free trial as I didnt find as much use for the product as originally expected and chose not to comit to a purchase. Now, it keeps trying to bill me (even though I cancelled on time), and isnt letting me re-cancel my plans because the payment didnt go through. Can somebody advise me on what to do? I dont want my time wasted in their call center.
