Cancellation

I am trying to cancel the plan for 2 months but I can't find where I should do that. There is no cancellation button in "view plan".

I looked up everywhere on the website but it seems like there is no email contact address as well. I have been charged even without using it. Can anybody help me? Anyone knows where I should contact to?

Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @adobe.com, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.

There’s no email. You have to contact customer service so they can calculate the charge to cancel. You can use the chat icon - bottom right in many pages. Type AGENT. No, isn’t as obvious as the web designers think.
