Cancellation

I don't remember when did i subscribe for annual subscription and i would like to cancel it before paying more fees in vain. They withdraw fee monthly from my account but when i sign in for my account i can not see an option in order to cancel my subscription. It's annoying and i do not want to pay money for nothing anymore. Is there anyone living same situation? I appreciate if anyone could help me about that.

We have checked your account using the email address that you have used to sign in here on the community page. There is no subscription listed under the account.

Please confirm if you have any alternate email that you may have used to register the service. If yes, please share it via private message. You may initiate a private message via the envelope icon provided at the top right corner of this community page. 

Also, please check if you receive an email from Adobe about the charges deducted from your account. Please share the screenshot of the receipt with us.
