Cancellation fee

A month ago, I cancelled two of my plans and was promised a refund.

 

The next thing I know, Adobe somehow prolonged the subscription and when I cancelled the plans, they charged me a cencellation fee way to high (around € 150.00 each).

 

Is it possible that there was an error on Adobe's side when I initially cancelled my plans?
