Cancellation of a plan

Hey, although I cancelled my plan, I've been sent multiple payment requests. I'm pretty sure I cancelled a plan. I tried a free version through paypal, then cancelled a plan after 1-2h of using adobe pro. What should i do?

We checked your account and found two Acrobat Pro; one is canceled, and the other is still active. It could be a possibility that you have signed up by mistake.

If you have subscribed accidentally, your Adobe account will let you cancel the plan within 14 days.

First, login to https://account.adobe.com/ and see how many plans its showing.

If it's more than the grace period, you must contact assisted support, as billing issues cannot be handled on public forums.

But there is another problem, after clicking contact us - the site refreshes and there is no pop-up window. What might be the problem?

Check with a different browser.

Make sure you are signed in on the page with the same email address registered on Adobe
