Cancellation of plan

I'm struggling to get the cancellation team to contact me. I've tried contacting via my admin console with no luck twice and on Facebook. I urgently need to cancel the monthly subscription so that I can take out an annual subscription. 

Please can someone contact me. It's not helpful directing people to links.

Unfortunatley not, because we have a Business Subscription.
