Cancellation of subscription

Hi, I am trying to cancel my free trail of Adobe Acrobat, and everytime I click cancel, it just gives me an error message. I have looked through the website and it seems there is no place I can contact support. How can it be this difficult to cancel a subscription?

 

What do I do?

Your recommendation does not work, I am facing the same issue (the chat bot does not work). I have contaced the Germany support number and the number do not work. I have done every step you suggest, but I still can't cancel my plan. I have tried to contact/call the Norwegian, Danish, and Swedish support phone, but there is no answer.

Same here, all there communication platform are not working. Chat support is not working and the provide contact numbers are not working.

This happens to me as well. I want to cancel my subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro before my trial period ends, but the pages fail to load, including the chatbot. I've also tried to call the Norwegian, Danish, and Swedish support phone, but there is no answer.
