This is not how you cancel a subscription, though. Follow the link provided above to do so properly.

Hi Rusaka,

As per the description above, you want to cancel the Acrobat Pro DC subscription, Is that correct?

Please refer to the following link to cancel your subscription: Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services

You may also contact the support team for the cancellation on Contact Customer Care  , sign in with your Adobe ID and password, choose the option of Account issues, then Choose Cancel my Membership, then choose Show my Contact options.

Dear Anand,

Why are these QAs always referencing a link to cancel the cloud PDF services?  What is desired is to cancel the Acrobat DC subscription.  Adobe should really make that a 1 click operation on the user's dashboard.  That is not technologically difficult.  I have been on hold for almost 20 minutes using a number which adobe does not even provide.  Anyone looking to cancel will have to go to a website specializing in CANCELING SUBSCRIPTIONS!

It is really unbelievable Adobe - you really do not have a sustainable business model, if you must rely on this type of knuckle dragging to disempower your users and get people to stop waiting for a HUMAN to click a button to stop drawing payments.  A technology company such as adobe should not be using a human to process an extremely automatable function that computers can do quite well and save everyone lots of time.

Here is the information you need to cancel your DC subscription:

Cancel Adobe Acrobat Pro - Truebill

Hopefully Adobe moderators will not take it down, and people can actually find the help they're looking for.
