Cancelling and cancellation fee for contract end

I am trying to cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription and I am getting the cancelation fee message. The thing is, I cannot locate anywhere, the end date of my yearly subscription.

Anyone know where I can find this? How do I find my "contract" end date?
