Cancelling and cancellation fee for contract end

I am trying to cancel my Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription and I am getting the cancelation fee message. The thing is, I cannot locate anywhere, the end date of my yearly subscription.

 

Anyone know where I can find this? How do I find my "contract" end date?

@smooth_Hero0623 did you log into your account? Top right corner, click on your avatar, and a pop-up will open, and click on Account:

It should show in the dashboard, or you can hover the plan tab, and click on plans
