Hello to everyone!!! 

I want to cancel my subscription but when I try I cant find any plans to cancel. What should I do?

They charge double the subscription to cancel, good luck

I checked your email address registered on the community, and couldn't find any active entitlements on the account. 

Have you registered through a different account? Do you have the transaction details for the purchase?
