Cancelling subscription

Hello,

I didn't realize that my free trial expired and now it costed me 24€.
It says that cancelling and returning the money should be in 5 business days. But as student I need it sooner.
Does anyone have experience how long does it take to deliver on my bank account? And is there any possibility or a way that it could arrive sooner?

Thank you.

Hi

I hope you're doing well. Thank you for reaching out.

I have reviewed the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and can confirm that the refund has been successfully processed on our end. The amount should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Additionally for future reference and self-help please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

Hope this information will help.

Good day.

My free trial for AdobeAcrobat Pro expired today and money was deducted from my account, but when I try and cancel it tells me I have no active plans. I need help in rectifying this issue.
