Cancelling Subscription!
Hello,
I’m unable to reach customer support via chatbot or phone, so I’m posting here in hopes someone can help.
I accidentally subscribed to the Adobe Acrobat Pro annual plan, although I only intended to use it short-term. I believed I was signing up for a monthly, cancel-anytime plan. I no longer need the product and would like to cancel the subscription, as the annual fee is a significant financial burden for me.
Since this was a misunderstanding and I only used the service briefly, I would kindly request a courtesy cancellation and refund without the usual early termination fee.
Does anyone know what I can do?
