Cannot access my purchased Student and Teacher plan

Hello, I am a university student and purchased the Student and Teacher Pack in November 2020. It had been working great until yesterday, when all the apps signed me out and when I tried to relaunch them again, they all stated I needed to re-purchase the Pack. I rely heavily on Adobe as lots of my assignments use those apps. Furthermore, I looked on my Adobe account, and it showed my plan had gone. Also, when I look on my account chat, it seems I cannot chat with someone from Adobe, rather I need to contact the administrator instead. Please help me. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble.

 

I have checked your account using the same email address that is used to log in to the community.

You still have the Creative Cloud subscription listed in your account. Not sure why you are experiencing an issue.

 

Please sign in to your Adobe account using this link: https://account.adobe.com/ using your Adobe ID. Then check what appears under Plans > My Plans.

Also, check if you are signed in to the Creative Cloud desktop application. If yes, please share the screenshot of the error that appears when you try to launch the application.
