Cannot access my purchased Student and Teacher plan
Hello, I am a university student and purchased the Student and Teacher Pack in November 2020. It had been working great until yesterday, when all the apps signed me out and when I tried to relaunch them again, they all stated I needed to re-purchase the Pack. I rely heavily on Adobe as lots of my assignments use those apps. Furthermore, I looked on my Adobe account, and it showed my plan had gone. Also, when I look on my account chat, it seems I cannot chat with someone from Adobe, rather I need to contact the administrator instead. Please help me. Thank you.
