I subscribed to premium plan but I cannot access to the featured offered. Why?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

 

What happens when you try to use the premium features? Do you get an error message? If yes, please share a screenshot for more clarity.

 

Also, try to restore the purchase and see if that works. Open Acrobat App on iOS > tap on the profile icon > Subscription > Restore Purchases and reboot the application once and check.
