Cannot activate Acrobat Adobe to my account

Question

I have renewed my  subscription for Acrobat Adobe but I cannot re-activate my account, I have not been provide with a serial number, I've tried contacting Adobe Support direct but end up being redirected which is causing me further grief to the point where I'm seriously thinking of pulling the plug on Adobe and asking for a refund on this product.

Subscriptions do not have a serial number. Are you being asked for one? If so you may have installed the wrong software.

Please describe where you're stuck so we can see if it sounds familiar - "cannot re-activate my account" could mean a lot of things unfortunately.
