Cannot add a simple signature in Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017

I have recently purchased and installed Adobe Acrobat pro 2017 and cannot add a simple signature.

I normally could click on Add a Signature and Draw my signature - it will not allow it and gives me the following error:

Any suggestions?!
