Question
Cannot add and convert Excel file to PDF with Acrobat Pro 2020
I am able to add and combine PDFs and Word files but when I add an Excel file and then try to combine it with other files, Acrobat simply closes. No error message. Same thing happens when I try to convert only an Excel file alone.
I have tried this with multiple Excel files, including ones that I was able to add/combine before.
I have installed all updates.
Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Version 20.005.30748.10748
My operating system is Windows 11 Version 10.0.26100
Excel 2013
This problem only started happening in the last couple of months.
What to do?
