Cannot 'Add Signature'

I can see my existing signatures, but there's no 'Add Signature' button?

If the the document you're viewing is already signed is probably locked and you won't be able to apply further signing actions.

Or are you asking about not finding the Signing tool at all with any PDF document that you open?
