Cannot attach file to DC

When I go to attach a file (docx, xlsx, etc) I always get an error - "An internal error occurred".  Used to using Acrobat XI and never had this problem, am using trial version of DC.

Running OS X 10.14.5.

Help is appreciated than you

Dan

Hi Dan,

Apologies for the late reply, I hope you would be able to fix it by now. As you are not able to attach the file and getting the internal error message, we need some more information for a better understanding.

  • Where are you trying to attach the file, Are you trying to share the file through email or trying to upload the file to document cloud?
  • Could you please share the workflow (steps) that you are performing?
  • Is the trial for Adobe Acrobat DC still valid? or is it expired?

Looking forward from you.

Regards,

Amal

Advertising campaigns are consfusing and somewhat misleading to me LOL!

I've seen a lot of users (myself included) not being able to identify correctly between "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC" and "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC" when we use the "Adobe Acrobat DC" term interchangeably for any of the two products.

Is like saying one guy saying :  " I have windows" --- the other person goes: "Which one?"

"I have   a Mac" --- "Which Mac???"

"I have Office " --- which Office??

"I have a desktop computer"  --- "umm. OK, what is it???"

I stand corrected... that is what I was trying to say a free app.

I read somewhere in other threads of this forum that there are some limitations whith the trial version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (if this is what you are using... and don't fully quote me onthis; I might be wrong)

There isn't a trial version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, since it's a free application.
