Question

Cannot combine pdf files on iPad and iPhone iOS

I've suddenly been riddled with the issue of acrobat not being able to combine my work files. These files are pdf as well and I've been using this same process to combine files for the past 2 years without fail, until now. I've tried signing out and back into the app, and also deleting the app and reinstalling it. I spoke with chat support and they suggested I trying this community to see if I can find an answer. Thanks to all suggestions.

I just noticed the original post was created in December 2024. So perhaps the issue has been resolved with an updated version of Acrobat?
@officiallysir - if it is resolved now, you can share it which may help others.

Hi @officiallysir,

Sound like you've done most things that would be recommended.
One thing I would try as a test is create 2 very simple PDFs, say with just 1 page with a single word. Then try see you are able to combine the 2 PDFs. This would test whether there is something in the PDFs that Acrobat is causing the problem. I would also try combining 2 jpg files and seeing what happens.
