Cannot Combine Word Docs to a Single PDF

I am trying to combine a multi page word document (.docx) and a single page pfd file however the task fails to complete and i am getting a windown saying " There was an error encountered while combining files...". This is very frustrating as i am paying for an Adobe membership and the basic functions are NOT working. Any assitance would be much apprecaited.

Are you able to convert the file on its own? What versions of Acrobat and Office do you have?

When i try to create a pdf from a single word file it still will not work and i am getting the error message " No PDF file was created becuase Adobe Acrobat encountered an unidentified eeror". Adobe version 2022.003.20263

And what's your Office version? Don't use the Combine Files command. Just go to File - Create - PDF from File and then select the DOCX file. Also, try it with another file (just a blank one you create), if that one doesn't work.
