Cannot Convert a PDF to Black and White Using the Print Function

Hello everyone! I am using Adobe Acrobat Standard (Version 2024.003.20180 64-Bit).

I just went through the whole guideline on "How to make a PDF Black and White".

Unfortunately, it always fails, the document in colour could NOT become B&W in any way.

Has anyone encountered this issue/problem lately?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

Are you printing the file as a black and white document? Do you see any error messages when trying to do so?

Have you tried the below steps:

Go to Print-> Advanced-> uncheck "Print as Image"-> then try again.

Also, ensure that you are on the latest version of the application (2024.005.20xxx) for the best experience.
