cannot convert from PDF to WORD or EXCEL, get stuck in continues request to give my password

The CHAT person had no clue for me how to proceed.

ADOBE has my money and does not provide proper customer service to immediately resolve this issue.

What are we frustrated customers supposed to be doing??

Could you please share more information on what happens when you try to convert the PDF to Word for Excel?

Share the screenshot of the error/ message that appears. It would be helpfu if you can share the PDF in questions here.

Share the Acrobat and OS version that you are currently using the machine.

In the meantie, please check if you can conver the file on Acrobat online account here: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/

Open the link and sign in with your credentials. Once you are logged in, go to Convert tab.
